Pros
Flexible work hours (depending on your manager), provided with a computer and work phone, ability to use a holidays one week prior three weeks after the date, three weeks of vacation time. Working on teams makes the job more enjoyable.
Cons
There are no work incentives for staying long-term or being a hard worker. Employees do not receive raises and pay is very low. Hard working employees are constantly given more work when others are slacking. Very high turn over rate at all offices. Advocating for change in the workplace is not tolerated and there will be backlash from upper management. Staff safety is also not a concern of the company. i.e We had no heat in our building all winter long & during a state of emergency we are expected to come to work even if it's danger to get to the office. If we call out, we will be penalized by losing vacation or not paid that day even if salary. Accommodations in the workplace are never approved, do not waste your time asking it will only put you on their raider as a complainer. Company forgets to pay employees constantly such as when people are on FMLA, Short term disability etc. Mileage is never paid on time. Unless you have vacation time you wont get Maternity Leave.
