New Plant Manager seems to have no idea what he is doing, constantly changing expectations. Manager errors and new demands cause poor performance reviews and ever smaller raises. Base Salary is pretty bad, no loyalty for longevity. Moving up in the company does not grant you a pay adjustment for new responsibility, went from assistant supervising production floor filling, to production planning and only got a dollar raise, even after a year i only got an additional 50 cents, which only left me getting payed roughly 39% below the industry average.

HR is not actively present and is run by finance. Health benefits are the bare minimum. Policies change pending who you are in the company and how HR feels. Culture is "Good Ole Boys Club" and is heavily encouraged. Communication is non-existent, along with any type of training. Employees are not empowered, management is very restrictive, micro-manages, and stifles then blames employee for poor performance. Employees are looked at as headcount and is communicated that they are headcount.
