      Pros

      As someone who came out of school looking for a clinical setting job but wasn’t interested in the typical routes of Exercise Physiology post grad, becoming a Cardiac Tech at Virginia Heart utilizes my degree well in such an enjoyable setting. You learn a lot, along side some great co workers and the Providers are really enjoyable to work with. Great training, you will be set up for success and growth here. Overall awesome place to look for a position post grad!

      Not many. The office I work in has a very strong and collaborative clinical team who flows well with our front desk.

      Pros

      Virginia Heart cares about their employees. They strive to keep their employees engaged with competitions, trivia, etc. Great leadership. Always have available resources at your fingertips.

      Cons

      Not flexible with time and location for working remotely. Pay is average. Does not offer paid maternity leave.

      I love working for VAH, Management is the best, you have access to all executive officers, my office manager door is always open.

      I wish we were open on weekends for maybe a day off or extra pay
