Pros

Small growing organization that gives you space and support to build your own career path. I've had nothing but positive experiences with my supervisors and the leadership. Seem focused on continual improvement and reaching back to employees for input. Offers work/life balance and lots of other benefits. There is some turnover, but not more than I have seen in other government contractors.

Cons

VT-ARC is still "filling out" as it grows, so there may be some changes you wouldn't see in a more established company. But the changes are for the better and usually based on feedback from employees. Could use more "culture" or "team building", which is hard for any company to do right now in a largely virtual work environment.
