      Incredibly talented faculty and staff

      Cons

      Anti- women culture ruled by all white men. If you are coming from an urban, progressive environment, this is nit the place for you.

      There is fairly nice healthcare coverage.

      Cons

      When conflicts arise, there are few options for meaningful resolution. The strict adherence to hierarchy creates an environment where senior management face limited to no consequences for abusive and inappropriate behavior.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, especially with regard to healthcare.

      Cons

      Salary is poor compared to the more than full-time hours expected to work. Interview and hiring process is much too long and competitive salaries are not good for well qualified candidates sadly, which you will find out after you go through months of the process.
