      The highest point in my career so far, where I felt that I am not just working for money but for something bigger.

      Cons

      Research in Academia is not that amazing, but enough to get you by. Small city but will not change anything about it...except for blue grass music

      Pros

      People are very friendly, the work seems to be very enjoyable especially if you like doing research. All in all this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      I have not encountered many things I do not like about the company, it is still growing which adds an interesting dynamic. It also would be nice if it had a lunch room but that really isn't all that important. There aren't many cons I can think of.
