There are many opportunities to work independently and try new things. The current leadership has a big vision for the company which can be exiting.

Cons

It can be difficult to advance in a career without having to leave, since most open positions are filled by external candidates.

Pros

Fits in with school schedule, they work around classes Pay is decent for work being done You can study for class while you work

Cons

Students can be disrespectful, sometimes hours can be long (when school is out), job feedback can be lackluster, sometimes work can get way boring (lack of job satisfaction)
