Great life/work balance, amazing employees everyone does what they do best everyday and the effort the teams put in shows.

Cons

Sometimes the direction we are going as a company is not as clear or certain but the leadership does their best. This is less of a con and more of a nice to improve on. Every company falls short I think but Virtru definitely works towards more transparency.
