Pros
I worked for several different companies,I think Virtuos is my favorite. Firstly, you can take part in making AAA game projects. Secondly, there are a lot kinds of training course, if you have an active brain you can really learn many things and improve yourself quickly. Then, the benefits here are definitely better than most other companies, besides the 5 insurances & public housing fund, there are 10-20 days paid holiday per year, and opportunities to travel, flexible working hours and more. Now I've been working here for more than a year, and I found that I do really love the team that I work with, they are a group of super talented, creative and energetic individuals. And the leader here are also nice, there are no gups between the staffs and the leadership, we are totally like a family. I.m so lucky I am here.
Cons
The pressure maybe a little bit high for somebody who is used to keeping a passive lifestyle. Everyone here are very hard-working, if you don't do better than others, you may not have any opportunity for promotion.
