- Nice working environment where I can learn a lot from experienced colleagues. We are free for discussion, sharing difficulties/ lesson learnt to each other - Big advantage to experience world-class projects - Facilities are quite well-equipped - Company focus on developing you, but don’t be worried too much when you experience new things. There are a lot of nice colleagues are ready for help, as long as you have hard-working and continuous-learning effort - Many expatriates working here, so we have chances to improve English - Mostly young people here, so the atmosphere is more dynamic and nice to work with

Cons

- Since I am new, the jobs here could be a bit stressful to me. However, I think it is not a bad thing. From that, you can learn something and develop so far. I believe in the future I will grow up more and more at Sparx*. - Until now, I am fine with here
