- A progress-driven workplace for any artists and art students,. The studio provides courses and training classes every now and then for targeted employees, to develop their skill set, artistry as well as pop knowledge to provide better contents. - Positive culture, fun atmosphere is in the air, young people's energy mixed with experience of the "oldies". - Good benefit regarding for healthcare, relocation assistant for expat, consistent pay-rate within the studios in the group, though living cost in HCMC is way cheaper.

Cons

- Overtime happens, not in a bad manner but sort of often, which may cause unbalanced work/life.
