Is it fair and acceptable for an employer to create such a stressful environment that it burns people out? Does a company have to be so incessantly demanding for it to be able to excel? Should not an employer feel accountable if the employees feel a sustained high-level of pressure and stress at work?

Well, the learning environment was nice for people who just got out of university

When I finished my first project, in the credit list I was credited by the initials of my given name and a full last name. But I was Asian and my family name was not the identifying factor. I felt so insulted
