nothing to share here as i don't see any pros right now

highly political environment where managers and leads are vindictive and would go out of their ways to stop promotions and other benefits. this is worse offshore in colombo where the segment management is clueless and rely on political lackeys to give them updates and run the accounts. this setup is perfect for people to take revenge on others. Not so different stateside where the influx on T0s from other indian companies have brought in the toxic work cultures. this is ruining the foundation laid by the CEO 20 years ago.
