      Have a solid training plans. And good number of projects.

      Cons

      Some times too much of micro management. Misleading designations. Not a good appraisal methods There are many awards for the resources but selection criteria's are not good

      Individual growth is nice as the scope of work is high . Group activities like games and outdoor camping are nice

      Cons

      Salary is very very low. Maintaining the salaries which level 5 companies offered 6 years back . they are not looking at present day market.
