reduced compensation levels specially at fresher and 2-3 years experience levels work life balance is low, ppl frequently required to work late hrs due to early recruitment policy, employees are frequently on bench. project roatation is sometimes low career development is dependent on the type of project and oppurtunity one gets.. this maybe completely random based on scenarios. high perforrming employees are not paid well enough
