Pros
Large corporate clients, opportunities to work on new technologies, travel opportunities and global exposure. Well known brand name also helps secure work after.
Cons
Its becoming a large organization therefore too much bureaucracy. Drastically changing company culture that went from a startup feel to a typical policed corporate machine was quite disturbing. The middle management, hired out of other organisations that had very different standards and styles contributed towards to a high attrition rate. The quality of the employees have been dropping quite drastically recently. The company needs to address this otherwise it will be difficult to retain its better employees.
