Pros

Great switched-on people, friendly atmosphere, good package and also good work/life balance.

Cons

I was happy until the recent company reorg, things are really going down hill. I used to feel like an asset which is valued by the company thanks to all the experience and hard work, but now I'm looked at as easily disposable number. I hope things will improve.
