Pros
The company employs many types of employees. This review is from the perspective of the software dev team only. - WFH - Good communication for a small company - Software development was a mix of having enough time and freedom to execute projects well, and sometimes being in a pressure cooker trying to complete projects on time. Overall a good team with an encouraging environment.
Cons
- Only 3 weeks vacation regardless of seniority - No chance for promotion - Company is owned by venture capital, which results in too much focus on year-to-year bottom line, and hence frequent layoffs during market downturns.
