Work environment is positive and the team leaders go a longway in ensuring a sense of ownership. There is monthly team lunch Company is very good and have received a bonus every six months since I joined.

Cons

There is a lot of partiality with the HR. Follow-ups are frustrating

It is amazing to work at Visionet, I really like my immediate team and the speed of execution. The company is growing very fast at a rate of over 50% a year. Staying put as there have been promotions due to this growth rate and the HR is very supportive
