Management has been proactive with me and others in career mapping and skill development 2) Benefits: Compensation is good and a host of benefits like medical coverage and support for external upskilling 3) Opportunities: Visionet will take a chance on people who show persistence and ability. They will either promote you, put up in a new division or invest in upskilling you. This is from personal experience

At Visionet the company culture is very project driven, egos have little room. Management is good and supportive and you feel like you will grow more professionally every time you enter the office. Processes are fairly streamlined
