The leadership on the business side of the company is very positive and encouraging

Cons

Despite having consistently positive feedback from my manager, the HR team seemed disconnected from the reality of my contributions. Their evaluation was inconsistent and failed to reflect the actual quality of my work. This lack of attention to detail and fairness in the review process was disheartening and demotivating. This issue not limited to just me on my department, Various other employees feel the same
