      The opportunities Visionet provides can put your learning on the fast lane and provide you a great career. They have developed a great management team, which is both capable and motivated. Great company to make a difference.

      Niche company with solid foundation and geared up for growth

      Pros

      Over the years company has built good competencies and product assets and now with new management structure, looks like, is geared up for growth. The outlook of management, as seen from townhalls and some of the day to day interactions looks like a good combination of aggressive passion to move fast and patience to take everyone along. So while the push is on performance driven culture, management seems to have the will to enable employees to do their best

      Cons

      HR has been slightly weak in the past but its looks like efforts are being made to improve. Some more efforts in this direction will perhaps help employees to contribute better
