      Exciting, evolving, not afraid of experiments, top management is straight forward, strong will to become the best.

      Cons

      Scope of improvement in HR policies, abundant mid-level politics, some senior people are too slow to act.

      Pros

      Visionet is still growing and trying to find its identity, so there are a lots of opportunities to grow and take additional responsibilities as the company grows. The company has been making good investments in technology and people. The companies in the similar business, even larger companies, are not able to find the balance of technology, process and people, which Visionet is able to do, so it makes it a great possibility that the company might emerge as one of the top few companies to work for.

      Cons

      As the company is still in growth phase, so it becomes difficult to predict the changes and how it may impact individuals.

      Pros

      Good peers. Very good company in Title area. Having worked in other companies in similar areas, I feel that Visionet is very strong with good Technologies and evolving processes. Further, the company is trying hard to evolve stronger in terms of processes and systems.

      Cons

      Lesser salary at some level compared to the market.
