      Pros

      Visionet is finally getting the right management which is educated and have professional experience. New HR head, who can speak and understand employee concerns. New additions in the talent acquisition team and in operations were long awaited. Let's hope the new team should build this company stronger.

      Cons

      Training team is very week. The HR should conduct professional courses for few managers who have no experience in working in professional environment and no idea on how to manage teams.
