      Pros

      Focus is on team development. New policies are put in place to encourage meritocracy and client focus. Leadership has strong resolute to drive the change to make it a big league organization. New employee benefits are being introduced, which are tied to the performance and deliverables.

      Cons

      The people who are not good at what they do and are not willing to change will not last long.

      Visionet is only for those who want to risk their career just for money

      Pros

      If your skillsets are required by one of their few clients, they'll hire you at any hike% & any rate,

      Cons

      if your project is closed or your skillsets dont fit-in, you'll me forced to leave by mis-behaviour / ill-treatment (might even be fired)... Hike per year would be even as low as 1% for unbilled resources, avg. hike = 8% & at max. 15% for 1 or 2 employees. Work Timings: 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm They have around 50 employees in India & are trying to copy policies of companies with more than 10k employees. They do not understand the term "Employee Welfare"
