8yVisionet has undergone transformational changes in the past couple of years. Many process improvement initiatives have been implemented to drive these changes. It is understandable to encounter resistance for the same but these are important steps which are imperative for the long term vision of the organization. During the growth stage, such initiatives may seem as micromanagement, but the devil is in the details, and thought leaders cannot ignore the minute aspect in the designing process. We encourage you to have a discussion with the HR Team to understand the rationale behind the initiatives taken by the organization.
