Good company if you want to learn, grow and work in a high exposure environment. There are procedural troubles as the company has grown from mom n pop shop kind of environment to a professionally run organization. But this offers a good learning curve as you get to see how a company grows.

Cons

Week processes. Insufficient HR bandwidth. Salaries and perks are at par with the industry.
