      Low Salary (Lesser than Government announced basic salary), Poor Environment, Office Timings, We will be fired at any time without any reason. If we want to leave Notice Period was 90 days.

      Nothing except the pay package they offer to lure you from your current job.

      Cons

      No job security. Everybody is looking for new job in the company. They sack people without a warning when they need to cut cost. They don't even pay back the relocation cost.
