      Although I enjoy being a part of Visionet, the only way to receive promotions or employee benefits is by engaging in citthroat politics. The company and particularly the HR seems to be uninterested in promoting talented individuals, possibly due to the fear of competition. This toxic environment built by and encouraged by horrible HR policies has employees sees each other as adversaries, with politics taking precedence over serving clients
