      Good Work environment No pointless meetings Variety of office supported extra-curricular activities (Ping Pong table at main office. Funding available for leading/sponsoring hackathons.)

      Some changing leadership practices, that are designed to improve career opportunities. No ability to work from home (may change)

      Pros

      A lot of perks to the job! Holiday parties, company trips, and company gatherings. Pay is good and they really don't skimp on anything.

      Cons

      Really good benefits overall but the maternity leave offered could be a little more generous.
