      If you live in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area, this is hands-down the best place to work.

      Pros

      Interesting and important work, smart people, great culture and benefits, and you learn something new every day. Pick a random employee and they'll tell you how employee-focused Visionist is. You could work someplace else, and to be honest your job would probably be OK. But why work someplace just OK for a third of your life? I've never regretted working here for a second.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets to work in the office. Not a huge down-side, more just a fact of being a contractor.

      -Opportunities to pursue individual training -The chance to work with subject matter experts and trusted advisers on a daily basis. -Terrific work environment! -True leaders that drive the company, hire well, develop their talented staff, and remain accessible

      Pros

      -Getting excited for work every day. -Getting to build cool stuff with the some of the smartest, nicest people I know. -Getting to make significant contributions and be multidisciplinary. -Constant learning. -Knowing that your boss is a great guy in it for the right reasons - and that the buck stops there! -Great compensation package. -Morally and ethically sound work.

      Cons

      None! I couldn't imagine a better workplace!
