      Pros

      Great blend of small company culture with the opportunities of a medium sized organization.The management team is incredibly accessible and collaborative. When I was returning to the industry after many years away, Visionist was my first choice for employers!

      Due to the nature of our work most of it cannot be done remotely.

      Profit Sharing, New parent benefits, Unique team-building activities, gym membership reimbursement, Education/training reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Stock Ownership etc. There are too many amazing benefits made available that it is difficult to list them all in their entirety. Also, I cannot forget the phenomenal executive team!

      Limited opportunities for someone in a mainly clerical role.
