Very little! I believe that management is doing the best they can with their resources to make Visionist a great company to work at. If I have to point out a couple things they can do better at, it's this:
Parental leave seems to be below industry standards, especially now that other competing technology companies are focusing on this benefit and ramping up on parental time off. Although, they did add some parental leave recently.
The ability to work from home, have self-education hours, or have inclement weather hours for people at HQ would be good. People who work in government offices and can't go into the office during a snowstorm get some time off, but others in the office shouldn't have to make the choice of using personal time or risk going into the office during snow storms.
