Pros

You get to help seniors in their home. However, I strongly recommend that you apply to a job like this at a different company.

Cons

Very low pay, no benefits, no paid time off, horrible hours and constantly changing schedule. Imagine this you just had to stay up from 8pm to 8am and your next shift is a half hour away and is at 1pm to 3pm. Then you have to stay up from 8pm to 8am the follow night. If you get hours at all this is what it's like and it constantly changes so you spend your days off sleeping the whole day. Do not work here.

Pros

Great caregivers and families, pay, office setting, never boring, 1 or 2 nice coworkers but not all of them were nice. Learn a lot about scheduling

Cons

Lots of backstabbing in the office, low morale, no communication; owner and family are all shady..They honestly do not care about their employees; only themselves

Cons

NO paid training-they make you sign a document saying you won't be paid. Disorganized. Uncaring supervisors.
