Pros

They are flexible with schedule.

Cons

Very low pay scale. Less than the national average. You still do the work of a CNA without certification pay. They call you a Homemaker. No opportunities for advancement. No bonuses. Maybe a $20 gift card for Christmas.

no pros with this con artist operation

Cons

lazy greedy lying owners, racist customers they acting like it bothers them but don't cause they getting $$. you get hired for one job and they make you do another. treat customers like crap sending whoever to watch your family. nurses really care for their patients but owners don't care about nobody but themselves.
