      Flexible part-time hours initially offered. Meaningful work supporting vulnerable individuals. Quick onboarding process. Some clients were truly wonderful. Gained valuable caregiving experience.

      Cons

      No support during medical emergencies. Poor communication from management. Unsafe working conditions for caregivers. Denied valid unemployment claim. High physical demands without proper backup.

      Pros

      Thorough initial and continued training and education whenever you need it. Scheduling is amazing at matching you with clients that fit your hours, talents, and personality. Most importantly, the office staff is immediately responsive to questions and supportive of caregivers. I mean REALLY supportive - they actually care about their employees
