Thank you for the glowing review! We’re so glad you felt supported and appreciated — that’s exactly the kind of environment we strive for. You’re right, caregiving can pull at the heartstrings, but it’s also what makes this work so meaningful. And thanks for the tip — we hear you on the uniforms! For those looking to make a difference with a team that truly has your back, Visiting Angels is the place to be.

Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re glad you appreciated the flexibility and took pride in the care you provided. We understand that caregiving can be physically demanding, and we always aim to match each caregiver with the right fit based on their comfort and capabilities. We're continuously working to balance the needs of our clients with the wellbeing of our caregivers, because we know that great care starts with a supported team. For those who are compassionate, hardworking, and looking to make a real impact, Visiting Angels can be both meaningful and rewarding — and we're always looking for more caring hearts to join us.

Pros

They ask you to work long hours. There's a lot of turnover, people call in and quit all the time right before their shift and you are either stuck at your clients house or they call you in. They dont care about you having a life.

Cons

No holidays. Its hard to get out of work. If youre a good employee they want you to work all the time

Thanks for your candid feedback — we hear you. It’s true: reliable, hardworking caregivers are the backbone of what we do, and we never want that dedication to feel like a burden. We know that long hours and last-minute changes can take a toll, and we're working on striking a better balance — one that values both our clients and the well-being of the incredible people who care for them. Your voice matters, and it’s helping us shape a healthier, more supportive workplace for everyone.
