They are rude and very self centered when it comes to making money versus treating their staff with respect.

John, the Owner who hired me, had terrible bedside manners and wouldn't make eye contact when he spoke to you, always looked around at other things and would subtly speak condescendingly as if you're slow. I find that to be very disrespectful; he lets his education and strong personality get in his way and lacks good leadership.
