Pros

Visiting Angels will always have shifts to offer you but they may not be in your area or enough hours to make it worth your while.

Cons

I feel they are more interested in filling shifts than getting the right fit and then want you to give them a 2 week notice if it doesn't work out for you.

Pros

It's a good job to have because of making a difference and helping elders. If you want some extra income or a part time job this will work out. The hours can be flexible.

Cons

The only time you really see the people in the office is when you first start and have your new client. There is no connection with them. You dont really meet any other caregivers. It takes a while before they find a client.
