Pros

If you like to work with elderly and disabled people then this is a job for you. This company hired me in without the horrible waiting of a phone call or letter. I went for the first interview spoke for a quick few minutes with the manager. I took a knowledge test. I then immediately was in orientation and therefore hired.

Cons

I was not trained. I was given a box of gloves and an incorrect address over 50 miles away from my home to go work. I was never back ground screened or drug tested. There are no benefits for this job including not being paid for drive mileage to the job place.

Pros

There are no pros. From the beginning in orientation it was an awful experience.

Cons

Female owner is very unorganized, unprofessional, untrustworthy, long winded and scatter brained. She talks about clients personal information. She also talks about you the caregiver with the clients smh. If you cannot pick up additional hours outside of your normal clients, you will be fired! They will keep calling asking you to work even after you tell them that you cant take on more hours due to having another job and attending school. They constantly call during your shift making it difficult to complete your tasks smh! If you get sick and have a doctors excuse you will get fired all while you are still sick! They do not offer direct deposit and still mail your paychecks so you might get lucky and get paid on payday, that is if SHE remembers to sign the checks. The clients are also dissatisfied with the services offered. The female owner is very overbearing and annoying. VA owners make a simple task like clocking in difficult! In short getting fired was the best thing that happened to me because I was about to quit! Trust me if you have any common sense and a significant amount of experience DO NOT work for this company in Nashville TN.
