      Pros

      It is a great feeling to know that you can be a part of a service that so many of our vulnerable population are desperately in need of. The caregivers are truly angels.

      Cons

      because it is a service where people are in their sunset years or end of life, getting to know the clients makes it difficult to deal with the mortality of the human condition. There is no time to mourn the loss and a person can become hardened by the long term exposure to this life change.

      Love my job, love my "bosses"

      Pros

      Love my patients! Love my work in general! Enjoy my patients and enjoy who and what I work for!

      Cons

      The pay is to low, I'm paid the same amount as people who have no experience in this field of work, I have one patient many times a day even many times a week and caregivers who do no work just sit around lazy and I'm paid the same amount as them. A few caregivers shouldn't even have jobs at this point.
