Pros

I love working one-on -one with clients. You get to form personal relationships with them and be a part of their care. The company gave me a raise and treated me with respect.

Cons

You can get attached to a client if they die.

Pros

Training youth and watching develop over at 1st job and having the ability to engrain a positive impact on their work skills. Customers actually have a good conservation and remember that you are just like them. Then the next day random act of kindness may go through your drive thru line and strangers passing kindness of the previous guest to the next.

Cons

SALARIED positions don't honestly make anything. It's a great way to lose valuable employees FIR abuse of power with making them work twice as many hours as salaried for I.e.salaried for 45 week and would work 75 to 90 by requiring that you're not going home.
