      Great place to work , I love my boss, she always has an open door policy for anyone. She is available at any given time.

      Cons

      No travel expense available anymore.

      Pros

      Very good company. Director is very understanding and tries hard to make sure employees are happy with their job. There is no pressure at all to take assignments, but there is plenty of opportunity if you want it.

      Cons

      You are asked to always respond within 15 minutes of receiving a call from the office (regarding fill in shifts). Even if you don't want the assignment you still are required to respond to the office. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying.
