Pros

can be flexible with hours..

Cons

minimum wage, hard work, no benefits, lack of respect for employees, no raises, no workday breaks (8 hrs - no breaks!) have you do work that is not in keeping with contract. management has no regard for employee's except as a vehicle for their earnings.

Pros

It is a wonderful company to work for as with many home care agency. They work with you to find clients that live in your area. They go by your experience and match you with a client that best fits.

Cons

The cons are no health benefits. Also if a clients of yours passes your left with out work until they have a new client for you and that could range from a couple of day to several weeks.
