assisting elderly adults who have vast experience and words of wisdom to maintain independence, opportunity to care and let the elderly know that even when their family cannot be with them, there are other people who care about them and will do their best to help meet the client's needs. This job also provided an excellent level of independence while providing support when/ if needed. I felt I had an excellent opportunity to support the client's needs to the maximum because they were the only one I needed to focus on at the moment of visiting them within their home

Cons

Most interactions were myself and the client- if you enjoy the structure of the hospital environment, this job may not be the best fit

They have an established system and all jobs are being given in proper order. All instructions are clear and employees are treated well.

Cons

Not much clients for full time schedule and caregivers have to go from three to four places just to complete an eight hour duty.
