I was forced to go into the office for no reason other than butts in seats. Goals got unattainable and management pressure increased causing my anxiety to skyrocket. It became unmanageable and I got afraid to resign as vista is suing many of its former employees.

Management is the downfall of this company. The CEO is an Ivy League charlatan hiding behind the curtains who has no people skills and less knowledge about the products his reps sell. Management is vindictive about anyone who leaves the company and often ends up in frivolous litigation as a scare tactic. Much like the Wicked witch of the West, fear and intimidation are used quite often to keep employees in check.
