Smart talented coworkers passionate about language

Cons

The company's owner and upper management show complete and total disregard for employees. Letting people go with no notice is a common practice. They create a great product but it is not a humane place to work and your effort, talent, and time will be taken advantage of with little or no gratitude. There's been promises of change for years but nothing has changed.

When I was initially hired, the team and Manager was fantastic. Worked well together. Then their were really good people let go.

Cons

New Manager was horrible. Did not and still does not know how to manage. He's lazy and is a "Yes Man". He is also a liar.

Great product and instructional design that fits for all languages for a specialized boutique college textbook publishing company.

Cons

Everyone is not treated equal and are subjected to the whims of the CEO with emphasis on what the consultants say to do instead of listening to the employees that are interacting daily with the customer. Some employees get special treatment for no reason while others are targeted with no criteria based on facts or performance. Pricing is out of control with absolutely no relevance to the customer.
