Pros

The employees are passionate, driven, and social. As a small company, you learn a lot of different aspects of the job and nature of publishing. The benefits are great.

Cons

Politics get in the way of work here. Favoritism shines.

Pros

I learn how to tolerate or better avoid insults. I made me strong. I used to cry over little things. Now, I don't.

Cons

The work ambiance was toxic. The reps were treated poorly by those in power. Yelling, rudeness, and disrespect were common. They set insane targets and yelled when we failed to achieve them. Thing could have been better if they had just talked to us. But they didn't
