Good place for young people entering into publishing.

Pros

Energetic environment. Employees really care about what they do and why they are doing it. Employees do many different tasks so it's a great place to start out and gain lots of experience.

Cons

Management is not in touch with employees and the day to day needs of the company. Employees are not treated with equality. Personal integrations play a large part in how you well or not well you do at this company. Experience is not always a good trait as they sometimes want to mold employees in their own way and not build on experience.

Pros

Nice office, great location, good work-life balance. Coworkers are fantastic, hard-working and smart. Great products.

Cons

Total disconnect between upper management and employees, if you're not a favorite of the company president your opinions and expertise are completely dismissed. Good employees are arbitrarily fired while favorites that only get along with upper management hang on. Very political atmosphere leads to seemingly random decisions that nobody supports.

Cons

Favoritism, lack of direction in the company, stale products, lots of turnover from them firing people for arbitrary reason. Management inappropriate at times.
