The company is into developing several print and digital solutions that meet the need of types of language learners.

Cons

When I think about the my experience here, I feel regret. The work pressure was insane here. The people in leadership roles were awful. They started building the pressure from the start, and it made the workplace chaotic and stressful. I had no choice but to leave to protect myself and avoid burnout.

I had a really good team and direct manager who looked out for us. Bonus money was good when I hit my goal.

Cons

I was forced to go into the office for no reason other than butts in seats. Goals got unattainable and management pressure increased causing my anxiety to skyrocket. It became unmanageable and I got afraid to resign as vista is suing many of its former employees.
